Shipping Policy for Visionary

At Visionary, we strive to offer a seamless shopping experience with reliable and efficient shipping options. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping terms, including shipping rates, delivery times, and other important details specific to our Canadian operations and shipments to the United States and internationally.


1. Shipping Information

Visionary ships from Canada and offers shipping to the United States, Canada, and selected international destinations. Please note that shipping costs and delivery times depend on your location, shipping method, and the carrier used.


2. Shipping Locations

  • Canada: We ship to all provinces and territories within Canada.

  • United States: We offer shipping to all states within the U.S.

  • International Shipping: We ship internationally to selected countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at visionarybrandto@gmail.com to inquire about shipping availability.


3. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Shipping Confirmation: After processing, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable). Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates.


4. Shipping Rates

Shipping within Canada:

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination and size of your order. You can view the shipping cost before confirming your order at checkout.

Shipping to the United States:

  • Shipping rates to the U.S. are also based on the destination and order size. Shipping costs will be displayed during checkout.

International Shipping:

  • International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout, based on your destination and the weight of your order. Be aware that customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Free Shipping on Orders Over $100

  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 CAD within Canada and the United States.
  • For orders under $100, standard shipping fees apply based on the shipping method and destination.

6. Estimated Delivery Times

Canada:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 3-7 business days depending on your location.

United States:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 5-10 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

International Shipping:

  • Standard International Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 7-14 business days, depending on the country. Customs processing may cause additional delays.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are subject to delays beyond our control, such as weather, carrier issues, or customs processing.


7. Shipping Carriers

We use trusted carriers, including Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx, to ensure your order is delivered safely. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number to follow your package's journey.


8. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery on the carrier's website.


9. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Canadian Orders: No additional duties or taxes are applied for shipments within Canada, but provincial taxes (e.g., GST, HST, PST) may apply based on your location.

  • U.S. Orders: For shipments to the United States, please be aware that customs duties or import taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are separate from the shipping charges and are determined by U.S. customs.

  • International Orders: For international shipments outside of Canada and the U.S., customs duties, taxes, and import charges are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are determined by the destination country's customs office and are payable upon delivery.


10. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: Visionary is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier confirms delivery. However, we will work with the carrier to assist in locating lost packages. If you suspect your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly and also notify us at visionarybrandto@gmail.com.

  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at visionarybrandto@gmail.com. We may ask for photos of the damaged items and packaging to process a claim with the carrier.


11. Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Visionary is not responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error after placing an order, please contact us immediately at visionarybrandto@gmail.com to update the shipping information before your order is dispatched.


12. Order Modifications or Cancellations

Once your order has been placed and payment is processed, it is automatically sent for fulfillment. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at visionarybrandto@gmail.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes after the order is processed.


13. Undeliverable Packages

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to pick up from the carrier, or refusal to accept delivery, we will notify you. We will offer to reship the package, and additional shipping fees may apply. If you no longer wish to receive the order, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.
