Return and Refund Policy for Visionary

At Visionary, we strive to provide high-quality streetwear and excellent customer service. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund policy designed to ensure a smooth and transparent process. Please read the following details to understand your rights and the steps required.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on products purchased directly from our website under the following conditions:

  • Return Period: You can return items within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
  • Condition of Item: The item(s) must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags, packaging, and any included accessories intact.
  • Exclusions:
    • Items purchased with a discount of 30% or more are final sale and not eligible for return.
    • Custom or personalized items are also non-returnable unless there is a defect or issue with the customization.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Email us at visionarybrandto@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  • Step 2: We will provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.

  • Step 3: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging to prevent damage during return shipping. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item(s) were defective or incorrect.

  • Step 4: Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund.


3. Refund Process

Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), we will process your refund:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. If you paid via credit card, the refund will be credited to the same card. Please note, depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Refund Amount: The refund will cover the purchase price of the item(s) returned. Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or defective product).


4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item, or an item different from what you ordered, we will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund or send a replacement, based on your preference.   • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the defective or incorrect item

5. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.


6. International Returns

For customers outside the Canada, the same return window of 14 days applies. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure the item(s) are securely packaged and include the original invoice. Any customs duties or taxes incurred during the return process will be your responsibility.


7. Late Returns

Returns received after the 14-day window will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to you at your expense. We encourage you to act quickly to ensure the return process is completed within the required timeframe.
